If you were to change your mind once your order made, note that you can return a product within 14 days after reception of your order. If you wish to do so, you have two options:
- Ask for a reimbursement
- Ask for a replacement
by a similar item of a different size and/or colour, at a value equal to the value of the returned item.
In case of a reimbursement, we will refund the amount paid for the item (even for sale items, isn't it sweet of us?)
However, please note that it is not possible to have one item replaced more than once. If the replacement item was not to suit you, then you would have to return it in order to be reimbursed, and place a new order.
All returned items must be new, unused, in their original state. Any item that is incomplete, damaged, used, or dirty will not be taken back and will be sent back to you.
Shipping fees are to be borne by the client.
(We know it is not cool to have to pay to send back a product. Yet we do it for the good cause: we work with thin margins so to ensure higher prices paid to the designers we are supporting. These thin margins do not enable us to cover for free return shipping fees.)

Returning an item ordered on Skank is very easy.
1. Download, print out, and fill in the Returns Note. Make sure to have indicated your contact information and your order number on the note.
2. Once you have filled in the Returns Note, place it inside your parcel. The information in the Returns Note is necessary for us to reimburse you.
In order to facilitate the processing of your return, we advise you to notify us by email (on firstname.lastname@example.org) of your return (indicating your name and your order number) once you have returned your item. It’s not mandatory, but that would be awesome if you could do that for us.

Shipping fees for returns are to be borne by the client.
Your return may take around 10 working days to arrive in our premises. We will send you a confirmation by email as soon as we have received your returned item, and we will proceed to a refund on the account used to pay your order. This usually takes 5 working days after we have received your item. The refund may then take up to 10 working days to show up on your account, depending on your bank. 10+5+10=25, that’s right. Usually, actual refund time is faster.
